Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our range offer, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Colours
We make every effort to display as accurately as we can the colours of each product that appear on this site. This is supported by our colour descriptions. The colours you see will depend on your monitor, which means we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any colour displayed.
Shipping And Handling
It is vital that you specify a delivery address where there will be somebody to sign for your goods during the course of normal working hours. We are unable to deliver to P.O Box addresses.
Our normal delivery procedure utilise the Royal Mail’s RECORDED 1st Class delivery service. This is a standard postal service requiring a signature upon delivery and has bar code scanning facilities. We can also arrange a SPECIAL delivery service, which provides a next day delivery service, if you so require.
Delivery Schedule
HOSANA Sportswear Ltd aims to despatch goods quickly and efficiently following your order. The delivery time is normally three working days, but some products may take longer. The cost of postage and packing within the UK is £2.50 per item. This amount will not be charged to orders of £50.00 or more.
We make it a priority to ensure that all items for sale on hosana.co.uk are in supply and that you get what you have ordered. If you do not wish to wait for the late delivery, you have the right to cancel your order for that item and you will be credited in full for any monies owing.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will notify you of expected availability and back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and you will be credited in full for any monies owing.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
False Orders
All attempts to place false orders or any attempts to deceive will be reported to the police.
Guarantee
Our product is of the highest possible standard for the price we charge and we try to provide the highest possible service to you.
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, you should notify HOSANA Sportswear Ltd either over the telephone or by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please call our Sales Division for assistance with your return.
When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. We strongly recommend you send it by Recorded Post. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by HOSANA Sportswear, we will pay for the cost of the postage for the return parcel.

Returns Policy
Always keep our Despatch Note, as this is your proof of our guarantee. If you return an item you are not pleased with or which is faulty, or which has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and original conditions. We follow these guidelines:
Genuinely faulty goods will be credited in full for the item and original postage and packing.
If you have ordered an incorrect size and wish to exchange for the correct size, we will exchange the goods and deliver free of charge.
HOSANA Sportswear Ltd’s total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by hosana.co.uk to you. HOSANA shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty, in contract or in any other way. HOSANA cannot accept any liability as a result of a failure to comply with specific instructions set out on this site. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.
